We send text messages to clients who have a loan application or a loan in process with us. Messages cover the status of your loan, document requests, and servicing updates, and may include replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies based on your loan activity.
How you signed up
You provide your mobile number and agree to receive these texts when you apply for a mortgage with Tetra Home Loans. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any loan, product, or service.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Tetra Home Loans does not charge you for these messages.
Help and opting out
You are always in control of these messages.
Getting help and stopping messages
For help, reply HELP to any message, or call or text us at 313-380-4740.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. We will send one message confirming that you have been opted out, and you will receive no further texts unless you sign up again.
Your privacy
