David founded Tetra Home Loans to offer a boutique lending experience with the same clarity, care, and high-touch guidance that his private-client families appreciate at Tetra Wealth Management.

While wealth management remains his primary focus, David serves both his wealth clients and select outside borrowers who value thoughtful, relationship-based mortgage guidance.

A former pilot and instructor, David brings the same calm, steady, and precise approach to lending that he once brought to the cockpit. His experience at Rocket Mortgage and in private wealth management allows him to structure mortgage solutions for both straightforward and financially complex situations.

Outside of work, David enjoys scuba diving with his wife, Danielle, and Michigan summers on Lake St. Clair.
